The Beginning
For years, Dr. Michael Shaffer proudly served as a family dentist in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. His days were filled with children’s laughter in the waiting room, meaningful conversations with longtime patients, and late evenings caring for those with dental emergencies.
He genuinely loved his work and the community he served.
Over time, however, Dr. Shaffer began to notice a growing challenge.
Too many families were struggling to access the dental care they truly needed. A mother searching for a pediatric dentist faced months-long waitlists. A grandfather needing dental implants felt lost navigating referrals. Busy parents postponed their own care because coordinating multiple specialists felt overwhelming.

Do you see children? What age can my child start coming?
